Can we have a barista in our office permanently?
Yes, and it is the most common arrangement our office clients settle on. Our client, Stonehage Fleming, has had the same barista in their Waterfront offices since March 2022. Tell us your headcount and your hours and we will work out the right fit for your staff.
Where do you provide office coffee?
Our barista service runs across the Western Cape. If you’re looking to enjoy the premium Magnificent Barista Boys flavour in other provinces, our coffee products can be shipped nationwide.

Yes. A workshop takes a group through espresso, milk steaming and latte art, and it suits a team building afternoon or a client entertainment slot. Groups are booked through the same team, so send your numbers and a rough date and we will tell you what is possible.
How much does office coffee cost?
Our dedicated barista service starts at R20 000 per month. That figure covers the barista, the equipment, stock and staff management, reporting and a coffee menu at discounted rates, all in. Self-service is quoted on the size of your staff, the drinks you want available and your budget.
What are the options for office coffee?
We offer a bean-to-cup machine, with the beans arriving and the servicing handled for you. We can also place a barista in your office to make drinks to order for your staff and your visitors. The right choice usually comes down to your headcount and how much of the day you would like covered. Tell us a little about your office and we will recommend the setup that suits your team.
Do we need to buy a coffee machine, or is that included?
You do not have to buy equipment outright. Equipment is part of the dedicated barista service, and the self-service setup is built around a bean-to-cup machine, with finance available if you would rather spread the cost.
