MAGNIFICENT BARISTA BOYS RETURNS POLICY AND PROCEDURES

 

We pride ourselves in premium products and personal customer service and will always strive to provide you with only the best quality and service.  If, however, for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, here’s how you can go about bringing it to our attention. Our customer care personnel will strive to deal with your query as quickly and efficiently as possible.

 

How to deal with in-store sales or sales from other suppliers?

  • Always try to return the products to the same store where you have purchased it from.
  • The store representative will immediately replace your product with the same product or a product of your choice, to the same value if:
  • the products are still within the best before date,
  • you present the proof of payment (the original receipt), and
  • you still have the original packaging of the products you are returning.

 

  • If you are unable to do so, contact our customer care line on 072 335 4177 or email info@baristaboys.co.za.
  • Please always be sure to have the following information ready:
    • batch number
    • best before date
    • receipt & where you bought the product
    • your name, surname and contact details
  • Our customer care personnel will return your email/call within two working days.
  • We will provide you with feedback, a return address and we will provide you with a replacement product to the same value, within ten working days if:
    • the products are still within the best before date,
    • you present the proof of payment (the original receipt/order confirmation email), and
    • you still have the original packaging of the products you are returning.

–    We will carry the cost of returning the products if the reason for returning it relates to
quality issues with the product.

  • We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your claim that the reason for returning the products relates to quality issues.

 

 

How to deal with online sales?

  • Our delivery agents are not authorised to accept goods for return upon delivery of your order.
  • If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, please call our customer care line on 072 335 4177 or email info@baristaboys.co.za.
  • Our customer care consultant will return your email/call within two working days.
  • We will provide you with feedback, a return address and we will provide you with a replacement product to the same value, within ten working days if:
    • the products are still within the best before date,
    • you present the proof of payment (the original receipt), and
    • you still have the original packaging of the products you are returning.
  • We will carry the cost of returning the products if the reason for returning it relates to

Please note:

Magnificent Barista Boys reserves the right to charge you a reasonable amount for the consumption or depletion of the products, unless the consumption or depletion is limited to a reasonable amount to determine the suitability of the products.
