Rooibos tea, with a history spanning over 300 years, is grown exclusively in the rugged Cederberg Mountains of South Africa’s Western Cape. A true South African staple, this naturally caffeine-free tea is celebrated not only for its rich flavour but also for its abundance of antioxidants and numerous health benefits.
INGREDIENTS:
Rooibos, Flavouring (Cinnamon)
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:
HOT TEA – Place 1 teabag in a cup. Add 250ml freshly boiled water and steep for 5-10 minutes.
ICED TEA – Prepare as above, then cool and serve over ice.
STRONGER TEA – Use 2 tea bags and steep longer.
