How to Serve a Cordial

Pour one part cordial to five parts tonic or sparkling water over ice, and add a garnish that matches the flavour: a slice of lemon with the ginger, a sprig of mint with the passion fruit. For a longer drink, the same measure works as the base of a cocktail or a mocktail; our summer cocktail recipes and our mocktails for the long weekend start from these four bottles. Shake the bottle before use and store it in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight.

Cordials at Your Event

The same four cordials are poured at our cordial station for events, served over sparkling or tonic water with fresh garnish by a barman. The guests who are driving and the guests who do not drink have a glass of their own, and the station can be booked on its own or alongside a coffee bar.

Yes. Every flavour is alcohol-free as bottled, which is why the cordials work as well in a mocktail as in a cocktail.

Do you deliver cordials outside Cape Town?

Yes. Our products ship across South Africa, so the cordials and the gift set can be ordered from anywhere in the country.

What is the difference between a cordial and a syrup?

A cordial is diluted with water, tonic or soda to make a drink on its own, and ours are made one part to five. A syrup flavours a drink that already exists, such as a coffee or a cocktail. Our syrups are listed separately.
