Origin
Driven by a passion for specialty coffee, brothers Néstor and Adrián Lasso partnered with Jhoan Vergara to unite their family farms—El Diviso and Las Flores—in Colombia’s Huila region. Together, they are redefining quality through innovative processing and meticulous production.
Processing
This Yellow Bourbon micro-lot undergoes an extended fermentation process, including 60 hours of whole-cherry oxidation and 80 hours of submerged fermentation, finished with a thermal shock treatment. Carefully dried and stabilized, the result is a coffee with remarkable sweetness, clarity, and complexity.
